I earned my Bachelor of Art degree from Southern Illinois University, located in Edwardsville. While attending school, my major was in Genetics and Cellular Biology, with a minor in Chemistry. I have always had a great passion for science and I look forward to the opportunity to share my knowledge with others. I know that, with my education and experience, I can help students succeed in the field of science to achieve their individual academic goals. Currently, I am looking into graduate programs to further my education even more. If given the opportunity, I plan to carry on my desire to help others in their academics. I have a great deal of previous experience tutoring my peers in various science disciplines. I use my passion to motivate the people around me. While my main focus is educating others in the field of science, I am also well qualified to provide torturing in subjects such as English. I consider my technique as a tutor to be very structured and based on organization. I feel that having proper organization and focus is the key to a successful tutoring experience. Having the activities and lesson plans clearly outlined ensures that all goals are met and that nothing is overlooked.
